Support Worker requirements
Listed below is the documentation required to register for Support work. If you are interested in working as a support worker for Thrive Together Support Services use the link below to get in touch with us.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability OR proof of enrolment in Nursing course (if Student Nurse)
- Education Certification(s)
- BLS or CPR or First Aid Certificate
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate
- Proof of Car Registration and Comprehensive Insurance (if offering transport)
- Passport, Driver’s Licence etc
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Mandatory COVID-19 training
- NDIS Commission e-Learning
- Details of a Professional Referee for a reference check
